1. Delivery Coverage 

  • Delivery services are available within Peninsular Malaysia, excluding islands without mainland road access, including Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman, Pulau Ketam, Pulau Kapas, and Pulau Rawa.
  • We do not deliver to East Malaysia, including Labuan, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • Our in-house delivery services are currently available within Klang Valley only.
  • For locations outside Klang Valley, deliveries will be handled by our appointed courier service partners.

2. Delivery Fees & Charges

  • Limited-Time Free Delivery: We’re offering FREE Delivery on all items until 30 June 2026. The FREE delivery auto discount will be automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required.
  • Once the promotion ends, delivery fees will apply and vary depending on location and product type.
  • Sofa delivery charges are calculated per order, regardless of the number of sofas purchased within the same order.
    • Example: A customer in Klang Valley purchasing 2 sofas will be charged RM180 for delivery.
  • Bean bag delivery charges are calculated per item purchased.
    • Example: A customer in Melaka purchasing 3 bean bags will be charged RM60 for delivery (RM20 × 3 items).
  • If sofas and bean bags are purchased within the same order, delivery charges for both product types will apply separately.
    • Example: A customer in Johor purchasing 2 sofas and 1 bean bag will be charged RM370 for delivery (RM340 + RM30)

3. Delivery Time

  • We will deliver your order within 10 working days.
  • Our delivery services are available on weekdays between 10:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Once the payment has been made, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
  • Our customer service representative will contact you via WhatsApp for delivery arrangement.
  • You will also receive a reminder of your delivery date and time a day before delivery.

4. Delivery Delays

  • Furniture And Choice and its delivery service team will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect address or any other misinformation provided by the customer.

5. Premises Access
Permission to Access to Your Building/ Residential Management

  • Please ensure that you obtain the necessary permissions from the building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day.

Entry/ Exit Point Fitting

  • We recommend that you check the dimensions of your home's access points before ordering the furniture.
  • Please ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways, staircases, corridors, and lifts. If your entrance is smaller than the standard size, kindly inform us in advance, and we will provide advice accordingly.

Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation

  • Please inform us via WhatsApp at least three days before the scheduled delivery date if you need to change the delivery address or any other details. Please note that if we do not receive advance notice, additional charges for redelivery may apply.

6. Assembly
Within Klang Valley

  • Assembly services are provided free of charge for orders within the Klang Valley.
  • To ensure a smooth assembly process, please ensure that a clear area is available for our team upon arrival. Our team will not be responsible for removing any existing furniture at the delivery location.
  • The customer or an authorised representative must be present at the time of delivery to accept the product. If the customer is unavailable, the person receiving the product will be considered fully authorised to act on the customer’s behalf.
  • Upon completion of assembly, we kindly request that customers inspect the product to ensure everything is in good condition. Once satisfied, customers are required to sign off to confirm acceptance of the assembled product.
  • Our team may take a photograph of the product for quality checking purposes and reserves the right to use the image for business and marketing purposes. By accepting delivery, customers consent to this as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Outside Klang Valley

  • For orders outside the Klang Valley, assembly services are unavailable. However, a self-assembly guide will be provided in the packaging to assist with installation.
