Free delivery
1. All deliveries and assembly of products are free in Klang Valley. Delivery within Klang Valley only.
2. Select your delivery date at checkout if your item is in stock.
3. We deliver our products Thursday and Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays.
4. When your order is placed, we provide two modes of delivery, and we will let you know about its arrival either way:
a. Our team will send a delivery confirmation concerning the details of the product 3 working days prior via WhatsApp. Our team will also notify via Whatsapp when it is on its way to the place of delivery with the time.
b. Our team will let you know your order is on its way to the place of delivery when it departs our warehouse via WhatsApp.
5. Delivery
a. You have the flexibility to select the delivery timeframe, either Thursday or Friday. Please note that while you can choose the preferred half-day window for delivery, specific delivery arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
b. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary approvals required for their place of delivery. For instance, customers residing in high-rise buildings such as condominiums or gated communities and the like must ensure they have obtained the requisite approvals to facilitate our team in delivering the respective products.
c. In light of the above, the customer shall declare if the delivery location is a strata or landed area at the checkout page.
d. For houses or buildings with staircases, please note that our team can accommodate a maximum of two flights of stairs for delivery. If there are more than two flights of stairs, a staircase delivery fee will be applied to the product. Customers residing in strata buildings are kindly requested to ensure that the service lift is capable of accommodating the packaging size specified on the product page. Additionally, in the event that the lift at strata buildings is non-operational upon our team's arrival at the delivery location, the customer will be subject to the staircase delivery fee at the time of delivery.
e. We wish to highlight that the delivery of our items and the guarantee on the products is only applicable for residential properties and not commercial properties as described in our terms and conditions here
f. We do not offer self-pickups for our products, even if it’s from our warehouse.
6. Assembly
a. Customers are responsible for clearing and providing space for our team to assemble the ordered product. Our team is not responsible for removing the old furniture at the delivery location.
b. We offer a 10-year warranty on the structural integrity of our furniture for our valued customers. However, please note that this warranty will be void if the customer disassembles the product for relocation to another area within the home or to a different property.
c. Upon assembly of the product by our team, customers are required to conduct a Quality Control inspection and provide their approval by signing off once they are satisfied with the product. A care guide for the purchased product will be issued to the customer on the point of delivery.
d. The customer must be present at the time of the delivery of the product or otherwise the first person receiving the product shall be the person fully authorized to act as the customer’s representative.
e. Our team will capture a photograph of the product with the customer, and we reserve the right to utilize the image for business purposes, including the marketing of our products. Your consent was obtained when you agreed to our Privacy Notice.
*Please note: We only deliver within Klang Valley locations.
Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.
If you want to change or cancel your delivery date - you must notify us 3 working days before your delivery date.
If you wish to amend the delivery address you will need to cancel your order and place a new order to the new address.
It is your responsibility to check that there is suitable access to your property.
You must provide us with working contact details so that we can contact you about delivery.
You must check your order confirmation email and Whatsapp to make sure we have your correct delivery address.
You must provide us with directions if your address is difficult to find.
