Warranties do not cover:

  1. If the care instructions have not been followed.
  2. General wear and tear such as scratches, marks, stains, fading or the softening of cushion fillings from normal, everyday use. We do not sell cushion fillings as one of our products.
  3. If there is evidence of damage or misuse.
  4. If the product has been used in a commercial or non-domestic environment.
  5. If damage or faults have been caused due to a domestic move.
  6. If the product has been exposed to excessive heat, moisture or sunlight.
  7. If the product is in an unsanitary condition or damage has been caused by pets.
  8. If a third-party fabric protectant has been applied to the furniture.
  9. If the product has been modified or repaired.
  10. If the product is not regularly maintained such as tightening loose bolts or turning the mattress regularly per the care instructions.
  11. Clearance and ex-display items.
  12. If the product has been exported outside our selected delivery zones in Malaysia.

Cleaning Your Furniture

  • Do not use household cleaning products, bleaches, solvent-based cleaners, detergents, corrosives, scourers or abrasives, as these can damage surfaces and upholstery
  • Dust and vacuum your furniture on a weekly basis using the appropriate upholstery attachment
  • Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to remove dirt or body oils
  • For tougher stains, use a soft cloth with a small amount of non-alkaline, non-detergent soap
  • Do not use bleaches or harsh household cleaners that may damage dyes and upholstery surfaces

Caring for Your Furniture

  • Position your upholstered furniture away from direct heat and strong sunlight to prevent colour fading and surface degradation
  • Remove spills immediately – do not rub stains or spills; blot them carefully until fully absorbed
  • Avoid placing damp clothing, wet towels, or printed newspapers directly on the upholstery
  • Avoid placing hot cups or plates directly on the furniture
  • Avoid strong sunlight (such as through windows or patio doors), as this may cause fading or discolouration
  • Avoid strong sunlight on chrome or metal finishes, as it can intensify heat
  • Avoid sitting on the edge of cushions, as this may cause distortion or permanent wear
  • Do not sit on the arms of the sofa
  • Be careful with sharp objects such as studs, buckles, jewellery, heels, toys, or pet claws, as they may cause scratches or tears
  • If you notice a snag, do not pull it – carefully trim it with scissors
  • Use a fabric bobble remover to gently remove surface pilling caused by everyday use
  • Greasy or oily hair products may damage upholstery

How durable is the fabric and overall build?
We choose materials that are meant to be lived on — supportive seating with S-shaped serpentine springs, stable structure, and upholstery that holds up to regular daily use.

For durability, our products are third party tested, including fabric abrasion testing at 44,000 rub counts on the Martindale scale.

Martindale scale is an abrasion test that measures fabric durability by simulating repeated rubbing under controlled conditions. Higher rub counts indicate greater resistance to wear, making the fabric suitable for long-term, everyday use.
